Other than the D in Principles of Economics, though, you've got a good amount of credit. Assuming you're fine with writing academic papers, UMPI is going to be the fastest/cheapest/easiest for you. Available UMPI degrees and degree plans can be seen here: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Category:UMPI
Thanks so much Rachel... any particular reason you would recommend UMPI over WGU or TESU. I dont have extensive knowledge of any of these but just looking for the quickest, cheapest way and figured maybe you had some insight or reasoning for specifically suggesting UMPI....
If you can write papers quickly, it's possible to finish a UMPI degree in 2 or 3 sessions (a small handful of students have been able to finish in a single session). That's $3000-$4500. Add in 1-3 months of Sophia for $100-$300 and you're looking at a degree for $3100-$4800.
At minimum, a TESU degree will cost:
1-3 months of Sophia: $100-$300
2-4 months of Study.com: $200-something per month
15-credit flat-rate TESU term: $4299
And it'll almost certainly take longer than 6-9 months to complete a TESU degree. TESU is a great choice, but if your priorities are fast and cheap, UMPI is the winner for most students.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming

Sorry, I can't quite figure out what you're talking about here? TESU does not do semesters (they do 12-week terms), and the flat-rate is to finish in ONE term. So I'm confused.

@fozzy3o, It really depends on the student and the numerous variables associated with their scenario. As I always say, you'll be swayed in all directions as each person has their own view on which may be best or better for your situation. Essentially, up to the first 90 credits of the degree is pretty much identical for each degree or institution we recommend, the same with the course providers. For example, each template you see, you'll notice Sophia.org for lower level, Study.com for upper level, and the remaining credits with the institution of choice for residency requirements.
Sometimes it's hard to decide on which degree/institution to go for, that's when I tell people to start accumulating credits that will go towards both, or more institutions of your choice, get up to 30, 45, 60, 75 credits and decide when you get the hang of things... Take some time review the WIKI and the threads I linked you, or at least the posts that it goes to if you don't have much time to read the thread... Looking at your situation, there are multiple ways to get to your goal, here are just a few of the options as you're looking for a business or a business-y type of degree...
1) A one & done approach with UMPI, such as their BAS/BLS with a minor of your choice, take 3 courses that transfers to the MAOL, and be done with it. You don't need a specific bachelors to get into the MAOL, MSML, MBA programs, you just need the prerequisites. Taking 3 transferable classes will exempt you from the MAOL requirements. This way will cost roughly 2 sessions at $1500, plus 2 sessions at $2150 = $7300 for a B & M combo.
2) Another 1 & done option with WGU, such as their BSBA with a concentration, ladder that up to their MBA or MSML (equivalent to MAOL at UMPI). Again, very similar to the option #1 earlier, except, you're doing this with the WGU option instead, main difference is the proctoring final exams and slightly different pricing. You should take just 1 session at $3955 plus 1 session at $4955 = $8910, it's slightly more expensive but has ACBSP.
3) A mix & match choice of a Pierpont BOG AAS, ladder to the UMPI BAS/BLS with a minor of your choice, then go for the HAU MBA at $3K. Pierpont allows you an emphasis in something, you ladder that to UMPI BAS with a different minor, then the MBA would be your final option. This way, you get to be well versed in different subject areas in all 3 degrees if you wanted. BOG AAS = $200, UMPI = $3000, HAU = $3000. Total = $6200.
4) TESU BSBA, ladder to either HAU MBA, UMPI MAOL, WGU MBA or MSML - if you want a second Bachelors, you just need to pay for a capstone/grad fee. Various BSBA AOS to select from, at the end of the day, it's just a BSBA with a 18 credit concentration. It's comparable to WGU as they also have ACBSP. The kicker with this is, you can add a second Bachelors FREE or later down the road, much cheaper. Flat rate for NJ is actually $3319, plus HAU = $6319.
5) Controversial option of doing the Pierpont BOG AAS, and the ENEB MBA/Masters combo, have it evaluated as a business Bachelors & Grad Cert. If you didn't have the energy, money, time to get anything done, but want the most bang for the buck, this would be it! Pierpont would only cost $130+transcripts, let's say total $200 as I mentioned earlier. Get ENEB for $219 Euro (235 USD) for two when they have a special, lastly get two evaluations from Validential at $150 each. Total=$735 for an associates, evaluated bachelors and a graduate certificate!
Note: There are many other institutions such as PUG being another one & done institution with their BSBA/MBA option, I've listed that even though it is within your price range and also has the ACBSP programmatic/secondary accreditation for business programs. There are too many players to list, this is just an example without the costs of transferring the 90 credits or so in from Sophia.org, plus any other credits from Study.com, it's just the institutional pricing costs. You homework, read through the links I sent earlier, decide on your options, report back...

Don't overlook the fact that the OP (fozzy3o) is a NJ resident, their 15 credit full-time flat fee rate is only $3,319, not $4,299. This puts it at about the same cost as UMPI (if completed in two sessions, cheaper if they'd need three). They also have a good amount of existing RA credits as well, so that is not a hindrance. I tend to lean towards TESU for them, because there is an innate benefit to being a graduate from a local state school. Build a plan, start now, and they'll complete that bachelor by the end of 2024 from TESU.

Issue there is that she might not have time to do 15 credit hours at one time ( a term or semester or whatever).

The same can be said for UMPI, that's the reason a mention of a second or third session at UMPI may be required. It really boils down to the student study habits and their time management. For TESU, complete the rest in the term, you can extend the capstone if needed, extending the capstone alone is $248. For UMPI, it'll have to be an extra session if they can't finish the courses, that's $1500/session. One thing a student has to note to themselves is, the courses, how subjective each one may be, it will take a course at TESU longer than the sessions combined.

Hmm, I just re-read my post #14... There's a couple of typos, I meant to say (not Validential, as in any NACES options on the WIKI, or on my signature link to the wiki). And the other mistake was... Your homework, not You homework, I shouldn't be online at 11:30pm responding to things... Anyways, hope that clears things up, do your due diligence and research, if needed, ask & update us.
And in regards to the two semesters I mentioned, it's the time frame it will take you, roughly 8 months is what I was referring to. You want to give it a month or two for buffer time, it's slightly more than or somewhat equal to the 6-9 months Rachel83AZ mentioned (and twice the time I mentioned in the Beginner's guide where I had a 4 month degree plan, it's no longer that fast or simple).

If you can't manage TESU courses in a single term, you may have a difficult time doing UMPI in 2 terms, which will then start to add up in terms of cost.

Is there any differences between TESU and UMPI in terms of ease of courses? Or quicker courses? Ive seen the UMPI does more papers and projects than tests per say. Is TESU different? I would be going for a bachelors in business. Are their opportunities that if I know the material well, I can just go straight to a test to finish the course?
