Thanks to this board and to all who contributed to the board in providing information to all degree seekers.
I have been working on my bachelor's on and off for years, I would take a class at a community college one semester, wait a few years, take another...rinse, repeat. It wasn't until I found this board in 2021 that I found out about Sophia and how I could complete GE credits faster. How I found out about the "big 3". In 2021 I thought I would go after all my credits and then get everything done at TESU. Life got in the way and really it was $$$ for TESU. I know that the overall cost would be less than having gone to a 4-year brick and morter but it is still alot of money. Fast forward to this Spring, where I was able to read more about UMPI and their program and the cost. Wow!!! Well, I enrolled Summer Session 1 ( 8 weeks) and I will be graduating after this session, Summer Session II. Yup! Finally did it !!!!
Thanks again to SS20ts for being the one to contribute to UMPI discussion thread!!!
Push on people!! You can do this.

Congrats on getting this done! Wow, that was fast! Amazing, It was just a couple months ago when you completed the Pierpont BOG AAS, everything pretty much transferred over from the Pierpont BOG AAS towards your UMPI BLS with the minor in Management! Congrats HBCIRCA14. Do you have any tips, tricks, or study strategies for completing classes at UMPI so quickly? For example, how much time did you dedicate to working on classes each day? Did you use Grammarly or ProWritingAid? Do you have a strategy spreadsheet that you could share with us?
Any success tips or strategies would be appreciated to this forum.
Rock on HBCIRCA14! Good work.

Link: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...#pid39624S So I did get my Pierpont BOG but it was more a formality to get a college-level degree and when I read that I could pretty much transfer all my credits from my community college days and all the Sophia credits I took to try to fulfill TESU requirements, I went for it. All of this with the guidance from people like YOU . So thank you!!! Thank you for taking the time to answer questions that are asked on this board.

Thank you! I went the UMPI route not just because of cost but because I wasn't intimidated by papers, in fact, I prefer writing over exams. I did use Grammarly to check grammar but that is it. I used the extension you can download to your laptop. I did learn after my third class that I didn't need to do the Learning Assignments in the journal since it didn't affect my grade, that helped me focus on the important thing, the final. I took a total of 9 classes in the first session and 4 in the second.
Also make sure that you check your transfer credits. I originally had 2D as a requirement for the second session but it turns out I already had Visual Comms from Sophia that did transfer in but wasn't originally applied, so I was able to get that taken care of by requesting the credit get applied
