Hello!
My name is Mac Juli, I usually post on degreeinfo, and I do some market research for a BBA paper. I would like to ask if would be, hypothetically, interest in an online course "Purchasing Electronic components" and if yes how much would you be willing to pay is it would be worth 3 credits.
Any opinions?
Best regards,
Mac Juli

Would-be professional Buyersof Electronic components, the course would focus on industry-specific issues and teach basic electronics as well as basic supply chain management ("This is a resistor. It resists electricity. With me so far?")

I'm getting reports that people are seeing this poll as closed, even though it should be open. Do you see it as open or closed?

3 college credits? I have trouble seeing such a course being worth college credit.
Anyway, personally I have no use for such a course, but have trouble imagining paying $100 for something like it. It would be different if it were a requirement for a degree or certification that had a more tangible benefit than just 3 credits.
@Rachel83AZ, I had no problem voting in the poll

That's right, people would pay for a course if it's required - part of a degree program. Here's an example, the CSM Learn course hits the TESU BSBA Core requirement (and some other partner institutions), for just $39 (cheaper if you have a code) and worth 3 ACE credits. There are other examples, such as NCCRS credits are $30/course at Lawshelf.com if you have a BOGO coupon, other NCCRS options for cheap OnlineDegree.com exams are $9/each, ACE option Saylor.org is only $5/exam for 3 credits as well...

Hello!
Thanks for participating! I got a 88% grade for the assignment and after that, I was so pumped up that tried to pass this idea to a large electronic company. In the unlikely case that they think the idea is cool and will set up such a course, I will keep you informed! :-)
Best regards,
Mac Juli
