I think your best bet is UMPI's PoliSci degree, and then a master's from another school for the International Relation portion. Unfortunately, you are not going to be getting that degree in a super short amount of time, because there isn't one that exists as a bachelor's degree (even APU, which will only take a limited amount of ACE credit).

I've already messaged the OP, but I'll add that my History BA did allow for not only the Intl. Studies minor, but several others that are in my signature. There were some quirks that came up that I wasn't notified about when I applied and provided the entire course selection and transfer plan (like YourPace lacking one single Philosophy course required to round out the minor) but I'm looking into work-arounds. I transferred in many courses.
I'm taking my sweet time with this degree and in no rush at all, but I'll say I like UMPI's program and the content. The PoliSci concentration could include material that mom is more interested in than the History concentration, but take a look at the available courses to gauge potential interest. It's pretty cool overall.

How did you complete the International Relations minor? I am wondering since it doesn't have the required 9 courses minimum difference. You completed other minors where the courses required aren't available on YourPace. Did you transfer the credits in for those?
