That's right, fill in the template/addendum with much more details and we'll know exactly which way to go... or advise which way would be better, be it Competency Based or max transfer of credits. Please revisit the links on post #2, the more info we have, the better we can help you...

No, you’re right. SMART is the old name (Sailor and Marine something). JST is the new one.
