Actually, if you take a 4cr course at ASU/UL, it's only $106.25/cr. And if you take a 2cr course, it's $212.50/cr. It's kind of odd that they don't have a per-credit cost, and just have everything cost the same whether it's 2cr, 3cr or 4cr.

The fact that they upload a 63-page schedule and you can't sort by online (or anything), is kind of insane. It does not give me a lot of hope that they would have a good online program...

For what it's worth, Snow College could be the cheapest for generic RA credit - depending on how fast one can work through the courses. They're slightly less than $2000 for a semester - and unlike earlier this applies to all US residents.

Not everyone is going to want, or need, that many RA credits. But, if one is able to work through the full AS in one semester, it'd be about $32/credit. To equal $50/credit, students would need to take 39 credits in the semester. Transfer in 7 CLEP exams and you'd still be able to get the AS degree. They don't accept all CLEP exams, so you'd need to contact them to find out which ones to take. https://snow.edu/catalog/transfer_articulation.html

It's a small loss at this time with ONU ending YourWay, I would just go with the YourPace option at UMPI for the RA credits and they're graded too.

Plenty of people don't want a UMPI degree. They only have a small selection of degrees and it's a lot of writing compared to many TESU or Excelsior degrees. UMPI is great for many people, not great for everyone.

Basically, I was referring to getting the graded and RA credit, but yeah they only have a few selective courses that can be taken and I agree UMPI only has a few degrees too...

Are you telling me that there are institutions with less writing than UMPI? I barely had to write anything for any of my classes. I only did my last 45 credits there but the courses I took were less writing than one week of class at my old community college lol

Yes. With TESU and Excelsior, you can completely test out of everything but the capstone/cornerstone and only have to write a couple of papers. That's not for everyone either, but it's a possibility.

I don't even see the YourWay page on ONU's site anymore. Am I just missing it, or is it gone? Is it too late to apply and get in if you haven't already started? They had a few I was interested in taking.

It's also $1400 per session. Sure you can complete as many courses as you want, but if you only complete 2, that's $700 per class. Not exactly inexpensive. And you have to apply which means paying for your transcripts to be sent and then waiting a few weeks for everything to be processed.
