I am trying to reach my instructor but I didn't hear back from her. I wrote my plan but I am confused about charts and templates. Is there anyone who could guide me? What kind of templates and charts do I have to make. Thanks

I would email the professor again. If you don't hear back in a few days then I would contact Cody and let him know you are trying to reach the professor. When I took this class the instructions covered what you needed to include. It listed out what charts were needed.

Here's my PM to you after you sent me details on the project where you have to micro-manage everything:  

As I said, start on the project, it can be anything - a simple dinner as the document mentioned.  You can write about anything and have a cost/expense table added. It's just one template that is 15-20 pages long.  You need to have several points listed or tables to reference everything required in the project requirements. Basically, there are about 15 items you have to enter into the template, it will take at least 15-20 pages to complete all those tasks in greater detail.  

Can you PM or email me what you've got already? It's not too hard, you can complete this project management plan in a few days.  Essentially, work on being as basic, easy, short & simple as possible for each item - Your Project Plan must include:

 1 Intro - Overview of the project plan
 2 Approach - Explain in general each role of team members
 3 Milestone - Summary of what areas/sections need to be completed
 4 Baselines: Summary of Cost, Quality, Schedule
 5 Work Breakdown Structure - Short pieces of info with details of what needs to be done
 6 Change  - Control process, if something needs to be modified or not for improvement
 7 Communications  - How info and communications are distributed (if needed)
 8 Cost  - Define costs involved within the project lifecycle
 9 Procurement - Detail contracts, purchasing, etc
10 Project Scope - Clearly communicate scope of project or provide a summary
11 Schedule - Ensure tasks are completed on time, resources are sufficient to complete the project
12 Quality - Verify project meets standards, investigate assurance and monitor
13 Risk - Identify and manage risks associated with project
14 Stakeholder - Provide feedback, information to Stakeholders when needed
15 HR/Staffing - How resources will be procured and managed

An example project which most of you have done or will be doing sometime in your life.  A dream wedding!  You've got to plan everything for that amazing night.  I am just going to attach two screenshots of a sample wedding chart, spreadsheet, you can search online for other things they may need, again - it's just a sample.  For your project, do something similar! That's it!

Are you just going to "write" about it without any "metrics" to show your fellow team members?  You need a cost/expense table, a spreadsheet to illustrate duties, another spreadsheet to see what "food/services" are required.  How are you going to document that? By writing sentences explaining them or would it be easier to show a picture by chart or spreadsheet tables?!  

For me, I would like to see a "picture" of what needs done and a "checkbox" for items... it's like a shopping list, you're not going to write a few hundred sentences of what you need to buy, you just need that checklist when shopping! That's what is missing in your project (I don't know what the heck you're doing still, but that's what I think I see is missing - and probably more).

Basically, you're asking questions when you're not providing what your Project is in regards to?  Again, it's like ordering coffee and just asking - Can I buy coffee?  And then don't give anymore details. Sure, give us what you'd like to order! Without it, we can't process the order or help you further.  Please think about that as all your posts for help is - I need help, but I won't give you any details.
