You can do the MOOC for free, then pay €30/ECTS to enroll in the actual course. Most courses are 6 or 9 ECTS, so €180 (almost $200 USD) or €270 (almost $300 USD). Most courses are in Italian, but some are in English. This includes Calculus (9 ECTS), Operating Systems (9 ECTS), Probability & Statistics (6 ECTS), Advanced Mathematical Methods (9 ECTS), Electronics & Electronics Measurement (9 ECTS), Physics (9 ECTS).
They accept payment by bank transfer only. I haven't tried it for this school, but American students should be able to pay via Wise.com without having to pay exorbitant fees to your local bank for an international transfer.
