There is such an incredible shortage and huge need.

That's a hard sale to make these days. Schools have become battleground arenas over the years and this position doesn't have the attractiveness that it once had. It's too bad because they are important positions within the treatment community.

I think there's a shortage/need everywhere, not just Ohio.
Plus that's a long-term situation - you need a master's in most cases...
