Well, you just opened Pandora's box.
You are saying that UMPI students can have any minor, providing they take all classes outside UMPI's YourPace program.

I'd say that it is not granted because students must ask for permission. But it's free to ask, so...

So then some students will be "special" and be granted any minor they want while others will be SOL?

And I am definitely not the one who decides how to apply policies at UMPI. I am just pointing out that things work this way right now. Who knows what happen when each and every YourPace student start adding non-YourPace minors? Can you guarantee that the policy will stay in its present form? I certainly can't say that things are set in stone.

Fair enough.  Let's just say right now there is a high probability that a minor can be added but there is no guarantee.
