What are your thoughts ?
Also does anyone have any idea how long it should take to complete PhD part time. Like say an average of 1 course per month or 1 course every 2 months. Ect. 
My current pace I’ve completed 29 courses in 14 months. But Since the first of the year they’ve been more difficult. (Aos and UL).  I am budgeting 2 months for each of the last 6 courses.

I'd contact the university and ask them how long it takes. Your plan of 1 course per month may not work. You maybe on a schedule where the courses is 4 months long.

How long it should take?  You might need to unpack that idea first.  Some places will tell you that the minimum time for a part-time student is 3 years but clearly it could be significantly longer.  Most people do alright with the coursework and then get a bit bogged down in the dissertation.

For the Eastern MS Data Science, I would follow their recommended 10 month schedule, taking 6 credits every 7 week session. Their sequence is pretty good, but you may want to switch things up a little bit as one of the courses doesn't have a prerequisite (DTSC 660, it's in the middle of the list). If you need extra time, then take 1 course/session instead. You can even take the 2 part capstones together: https://www.eastern.edu/academics/colleg...ematical-5

In regards to the Cumberlands PhD in IT, you really need to know what their schedule is like and what you have in store for your time management. It'll take at least 3 years and the more commitments you have, it may take longer. I wouldn't rush this one but will look at their scheduling, you should do what is recommended as well. Essentially, it depends how fast you work and how much energy/time you have. Focus on the MS Data Science for now...

What was your bachelors in? Do you have 1 or 2 degrees? Do you have the 3.0 GPA or prerequisites for the MS Data Science? I wonder how many "graded" credits they'll need to check the GPA... Apply and have fun, good luck!

Thanks for the advice. Definitely one step at a time. I was just fantasizing a bit. I am 18 credits from my bacs. I lack the project for computer architecture and I will be 15 credits away. I started last May with 15 credits. 
I hope to have a 3.0 gpa with my ra credits. How far out from graduation can I apply for masters ? Or do I need to graduate first. I figured five years was a pretty good estimate to complete both provided life doesn’t throw any curve balls.
