I get being salty about UMPI, I really do. They aren't especially clear on their admissions requirements that they expect you to have graduated a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, there's not a lot that anyone here will be able to do about it. If you need a degree right now, especially for work, and I understand that, then you would be better off going with COSC. They're cheaper than TESU and they don't have the age shenanigans of either TESU or COSC. Or you could spend a bit more than COSC and go with Excelsior. Slightly more confusing requirements than some schools but you also don't have to deal with the "partnership" issues of COSC.
Would you be as upset if you had applied to Harvard or UCLA and got turned down? I hope not! Not everyone gets to go to their first-choice school. Pick a second school and move on or take some RA credits and wait to be allowed to attend UMPI.

I just came across this thread whilst doing some research on UMPI, because I would like to do my degree with them.
So if it has been more than 2 years since I graduated high school, but I don't have as much work experience I can't do their YourPace program?

I don't think your exact work experience matters as long as you are at least 20 years of age/have been out of HS for at least 2 years.

The work experience won't be the issue. It's really the age that is the issue. You have to be 20 or older. They do not make exceptions to this rule. The program is designed for working adults because a typically class schedule just doesn't work for most working adults in 2021.
