Bachelors of Applied Science with a minor in Management
What program are you in? Just curious since there isn't a BAS in the YourPace program.
actually, there is! I'm currently doing yourpace. You have to have an associates in applied science to be eligible for the program. Thanks to this forum I was able to get my AAS through pierpont!
Sounds right to me. Applied Science is considered "university wide" so I don't see why you can't fulfill it with YourPace. If Jessica approved it all power to you \o/ Jessica is the one who recommended it which was awesome. If I had went with a BAL I would have needed 18 classes. for the BAS I needed 13 classes. I had multiple personal issues arise in the spring term and completed only 4 classes. So I'm very determined to finish my degree this summer.

I totally would've done a BS vs a BA if I had the option! I love it!

I completed 10 in the Second Spring session with 100% in all but two classes! I initially thought I only had 14 classes in total to complete with UMPI but it seems it'll be closer to 21. I'm hoping to knock out the remaining 11 this session but with work it may bleed into the next session. I'm also seriously considering switching from a BLS in EDU to a BBA in History but I'm not sure what the process for that is like, anyone done anything similar? Oh and was there ever any clarification on whether any Coursera courses would be accepted in place of BIO 105? Good luck to everyone for this session!
I changed from the BA in Accounting to BABA, Accounting Concentration. I subsequently added a second concentration and a minor. I just emailed Jessica and asked her what would be required. She changed my course of study and sent me an updated degree audit. I think it took maybe 2 or 3 days to get those changes done. It didn’t require anything from me beyond the emails. I suspect it would be similarly easy for you to make that switch. If you dont mind me asking, what minor and concentration did you add to accounting?
Do you know if it is possible to do a bachelor of arts in history, in addition to a bachelor in business?

I think freeloader is studying at UMPI for a BA-Business Administration (accounting, management and leadership concentrations, and adding in an educational studies minor)
In regards to taking two Bachelors at UMPI, go for it! There are restrictions but you should still be able to do so. Here are articles and one of the students did just that...

I've been MIA for awhile. I have 9 classes to finish with UMPI to get my BAS, and I'm DETERMINED to get it done in the 1st summer session. But I am signed up for both session 1 and 2. I'm KIND of looking at doing the MAOL, but have no clue what I'd do with it lol.

Interesting. I actually have both an AA and an AAS degree from community colleges. No one ever mentioned a BAS to me. Cool that this is working out for you!

Yes you can complete 2 degrees. They have to be in different subject areas. You can't complete the BLS and then complete a second bachelor's degree though. You could complete the BA in Business Administration and a BA in History though.

Not gonna lie I was very tempted to delay the masters to do the BA in History! lol I low-key thought about teaching history, but I decided I would rather do the masters first! Then I can always go back and do something graduate level in history!
Just an update! Bio 105 grade was finalized A+ and was given a GPA of 16.000 for it.

I'm currently finishing up PHI 152, I'm on the last assessment and then onto the final. Whoever has done this class, do you have any tips for the final?

Thank you!!! I'm really enjoying this class. To the point of considering a Masters in Philosophy.
