It is currently impossible to complete this course. I'll be contacting support ASAP about the issue. The problem is that the Touchstones are in .xls/x format and the uploader expects .doc/x format.

Other than that, this is a pretty lightweight course. Good information, though, especially for students who are of a more traditional college age.

Did you get this issue resolved? My daughter is working on the touchstone right now.

Yes, I didn't even have to contact them! When I made my post, they were closed for the day. They fixed it the next day before I was able to log in again. I am done with the course now, just waiting for my final Touchstone to be graded. Hopefully, they'll do it today. The first Touchstone was graded super quickly.

Unit 3 (Saving and Borrowing) was tricky! This is critical information that US workers should know but most probably do not. Information about things like the different types of IRA accounts and how to spot financial fraud. Despite the silly name, this is a really good course.

I noticed acclaim finally updated "Introduction to Web Development" to include the ACE endorsement, so I've sent the transcript over to TESU and will report back with what it comes back as on my evaluation when it does.

Evaluation came back with the following -

Your ACE (Credly) transcript lists the following Sophia Course- SOPH-0043- Introduction to Web Developmen. This course cannot be awarded per Dean decision.

As expected, I was also denied credit for this course. I didn't need it anyway. However, the reason listed on my evaluation was different: 

Credit for CS1005 Into to Web Development on your Credly transcript can not be awarded. The transcript did not include the ACE Course Number.

What the heck? CS1005 is the organization course number, which can easily be searched in the ACE database. I sent myself a transcript to investigate. Unlike all of my other ACE credit recommendations, this item lists the organization course number instead of the ACE course number, SOPH-0043. I'll send Credly a support ticket.
