Hey guys,

TECEPS are only COVERED BY TA ONLY! The reason why , is that DANTES does not reimburse TECEPS or cover them like ECEs,cleps, dssts!

And Do NOT FORGET ABOUT THE NEW "POST-911-GIBILL" WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN EFFECT BY AUGUST 2009. It really is a good deal for the military guys out there!

I never knew TECEP's were covered by TA until about a week ago. I wish I'd have known sooner Sad

Ya, but its kind of a push and pull relationship with TECEP's, depending on your education center. If you plan on taking them go to your education office probably at least a month before you want to take the test. I never tried to take an electronic test, so my knowledge is based off of the paper version.

I noticed tonight that Ohio State has their own exams also, so I may check into that with TA , since they have quite a few upper level exams.

Can someone give me a step by step walk through for registering for TECEP exam using Army TA? My ed center is clueless and so is the regional military liason from TESC. Thanks in advance.

They should have a special site for you Army guys. I think it is GoArmyEd. I saw it on AMU and ECs website , that is what you need to use for your TA.
Hope that helps.
