Oh, that's a shame in this case.
The OP should take a look at Coopersmith. They have quite a few counseling courses which, if they fit with her degree program, may work for UL ethics credit, and they're only $149 plus the cost of ProctorFU.

Shame indeed. Just had an evaluation done today, and they didn’t accept it because it’s LL. =\ I did check Coopersmith, and they don’t have any that would fulfill what I need.

not sure where you're transferring to. 3 UL is ok too, right?. if TESU: look at SDC's Business 318. It comes in at TESU as Phi 400 managerial ethics UL. Davar's Phil 370 is showing on equivalency chart as Phi 384 ethics and business professional at TESU. 3 UL. There are some UExcel exams that are UL ethics (if you can find open center....)
TESU: BALS June 2021 (comm college, clep, sdc sophia coopersmith, SOS110, and capstone)

Yes, 3 UL is fine. I had it done at Excelsior. I heard UExcel exams are hard.
