Has anyone ever heard of this place before?

They say that they're partnered with Keiser University. But the prices Edumadic gives for their courses is significantly lower than Keiser's $700+/credit hour. The prices aren't great but they're not completely terrible either; if you happen to need specific RA credits. I'm a bit dubious but also curious. 

I'm also wondering how the science labs work since this is supposed to be geared specifically towards students who are traveling regularly.

I don't know, I'm not seeing much of a value added here:

Where do we study?
We tend to either study from cafes, our own accommodation (which always has appropriate desk / seating space), or other free spaces that are well suited to studying such as libraries or free co-working spaces. […]

The value would be potentially being able to get RA credits (see: COSC) from a 4-year university for possibly cheaper than some 2-year colleges offer them at; if the courses are even available. Assuming, of course, that the place is on the up-and-up. As far as I can tell, you don't have to be a member of the Edumadic travel program itself since there are two prices for each course.

I think that what Edumadic is implying is that they don't keep tabs on students and if you want to flunk a course then, by all means, do so. It's your own money. The same way that SDC, SL, etc. don't force you to study. (Many study-abroad programs do have an enforced study period and that's not something that everyone wants.)

the way I see it is you pay for the course (which is less expensive than the university version)
but you only get access to the course material at the travel destination (so add $4000)

Pursuing a degree?
..... but we’ve seen many of our past Edumads take a whole semester of online college classes so they can continue to move their degree forward while travelling with us.

There are two ways you can take online college credits while travelling with us.

Option 1:
Enquire at your current university about the availability of online classes. They may well have their own classes to offer you, in which case you can enrol in a semester of online classes through them.

Option 2:
If your college doesn’t offer online classes, or you aren’t currently enrolled anywhere we’ve got your covered! The Edumadic Course Catalog is full of courses which are all:

Regionally accredited, therefore widely transferable between degrees and institutions
