If anyone is attending brick and mortar schools you may want to let the administration know that Coursera is offering Coursera for Campus free to any affected colleges and universities. I assume that just means b&m. If anyone hears on online schools getting access please let me know because I would jump on that. Coursera has a number of fabulous courses!

I tired this for myself but it didn't work. Even though I'm a student at an affected school. It has to be through the universities themselves. And only for schools that are affected so 100% online colleges shouldn't be affected.

Yes, that's why I was saying to reach out to your school administrators. They will not let students sign up directly. We still do not know though if any online schools may somehow get this. Although, I would say it's slim to none. If it happens though I want to know.

This is great news! Many traditional schools would love this option as some of them are still in the stone age (technically speaking err technologically speaking)... I'm just curious if the other MOOC providers are going to follow in this path, they can potentially expand their offerings this way. Anyone check edx, futurelearn or udacity? Hmm, maybe i'll just surf their sites to find out. BRB...
