Just recently I finished an exam and messaged them I was finished. After they instructed me to submit and log out I did so and replied...and then a couple minutes pass of me staring at a login screen with no response.
So I figured I was finished and closed the session.
Then I get a ticket from SL saying that they claimed I closed the session before even submitting the test. What?
Has anyone else had issues with ProctorU in the past?

OH NO! That totally stinks - I have personally not had that happen to me but when you go back to your SL dashboard does it show your final grade with the exam grade in there?
Maybe it was just some weird fluke??

I just took my first ProctorU exam the other day and they got silent after I submitted the exam. So, I messaged them and after a minute or so, they replied saying that all was good, but thankfully I didn’t have a glitch like yours. I’m getting ready to take my second one on Wednesday, so hopefully I don’t experience this. Keep us updated, OP!

I took an exam yesterday and they opened the wrong one so i had to restart. then they kept pausing the video. finally after about 5 minutes i asked them if i was good to start or what and sent a message. after about another 3 minutes they opened some tabs up and I was able to start. Out of all the test's I've taken that has never happened so I chalked it up to being a new person.

Actually, I should add that yesterday the Proctor opened the wrong class final and started the exam. I let them know it was the wrong one and she immediately closed it. I asked if there would be any issues and she said no and then a few min ago I noticed it gave me a 0 on the final. I emailed SL and within 15 minutes they fixed it and opened the final back up for me. So not too big of an issue but that's another first for me.
