What's the grading criteria for Aleks College Algebra?

Hey guys,
I looked but couldn't find the grading criteria for Aleks College Algebra. How many exams/quizzes? Closed book? 
There are periodical ‘knowledge checks’, which have about 30 questions. Once you complete 70% of the course material, you can take the ACE knowledge check, which is 100 questions, 3 hours, and closed book.
