if Harvard had rated African American students low on “positive personality,” likability, courage, kindness and being “widely respected,”  the left would go absolutely nuts 
but I guess saying it about Asians is OK

I knew someone would try to make this political. It certainly bothers THIS lefty. Besides, I'm pretty confident that the Harvard power that be are not "the left".

Ok, I wasn't going to go political, but seriously?  You think those affiliated with Harvard aren't left of center?  I think you're way off base on that.  Way off.

Apparently, this was also a problem in the 90s, but here's some recent data.

More than 20 percent of white applicants admitted to Harvard were legacies from 2010 to 2015, compared with 4.8 percent of black students, 7 percent of Latino students, and 6.6 percent of Asian American students.
