I'd be scared to look at your transcripts at this point... Aren't you near 600 credits by now?  Big Grin

I’m pretty excited about this. I was always terrible at math, so the idea of learning mental math seems pretty cool. I already have College Algebra from ALEKS, so I’m not worried about the math credit. The skills practice seems pretty neat, though.

I wonder how it will transfer at COSC?

Sometimes, I feel uncomfortable with how many transcripts I have, but thinking of Eriehiker and LifeLongLearning alleviates that.

Anyone know if this counts as the QR credit for the BSBA?

With my current math situation being what it is and potentially preventing me from graduating, this might be a quick way for me to resolve this issue. I'll look into this further this weekend to see if it might make sense for me.

120/120 units complete

SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources)
Anticipated Completion Date: 3/31/2019

This sounds like it could be a good option if you can get it done quickly.

That said, has anyone actually transferred this course to TESU for evaluation yet? If not, that could be a problem since first-time evaluations usually take longer. Either way, if you want to give it a shot, you should ask advising to pre-plan it for you right away. That should tell you what it will come in as and if it will satisfy your math requirement.

If they haven't seen it before they might say it isn't accepted (because it isn't on an established articulation agreement and doesn't appear in their database). That just means they can't pre-plan it since they don't know what it will come in as.

Finished the CSM course this weekend. Took me about 5 hours in total. Amazing how much easier that kind of math is for me when it's presented in real-world applications.

Only downside is that they ask for up to 3 business days to confirm your identity and approve your completion of the course. I have an advising appointment on Wednesday, so it's going to be close.

Hopefully between this course and Math 97, they'll give me credit for one of them. But if not, at least I have some additional confidence that I could pass the SDC QL course fairly quickly if need be.

It does show in ACE as recommended for 3 lower division units in the area of Quantitative Reasoning, so I'm hopeful based on that.

I'll update to confirm if TESU accepts it for Quantitative Literacy for the GE Math requirement.

Good job! And best of luck getting one of them to work for you!

Thank you! And if this CSM class works out, I'll owe you a beer (at least), Big Grin  as it would end up saving me from having my graduation delayed. Would never have known about that class otherwise.

Wonderful! Happy for you. Did you manage to score 100% on every assignment? I believe that is one of the criteria for CSM courses.
