They are a state university. Even non-profits need to make a profit. It's good that TESU makes a profit.

That's assuming our graduation rate is actually higher. I'm fairly confident our average degree is lower, anyway.
I was assuming that many/most of us here don't enroll at TESU until we're actually close to graduation. We enroll, take the capstone, and then get our piece of paper and move on.
