Study.com tried the Excelsior transcript thing too, it didn't seem to go over well. TESU of course didn't accept it that way, at least.

We won't know until someone completes courses on OD(yeah I'm choosing that as the acronym for onlinedegree.com) but I'm pretty sure you will be able to have OD send their own transcripts to a school for free. Based on how TESU treated SDC, this may be the preferred method anyway.

I should probably know this by now, but will TESU accept these NCCRS credits?

Has anyone been able to figure out which courses would potentially transfer into any of the Big 3 degree plans yet? Would hate to take a course to find out it won't count towards a goal, but since both this site and myself are still so new, it's hard to research.
I know, work backwards....But, NCCRS acceptance seems to be a little less favored than ACE credits. Not finding much info on the websites about equivalencies and acceptances.
Completed:
The Institues-Insurance Ethics (2cr)
Sophia.org - Developing Effective Teams (1cr), The Essentials of Managing Conflict (1cr)
CSMLearn- CSMLearn Course (3cr)
TEEX- Cybersecurity 101, 201, 301 (11cr)

For excelsior, you can see the transfer guide on this page:
https://www.onlinedegree.com/full-transfer-guide/
For the other 2, we won't know unless the colleges perform an evaluation of the courses and set up a transfer agreement like excelsior did OR until people start transferring the classes in to TESU and COSC and post their results on this forum.
So the first wave of us sacrificial lambs will be taking a minor risk by taking these courses without knowing exactly how they will be accepted.

The Big 3 and WGU will accept them without issues, plus along with the 1400+ or so. ACE has about 1900+ institutions that will accept credit recommendations from them, the only point that most people need to know is that the main kicker is, NCCRS doesn't have a registry to "keep your credits".
All of the credits - currently 15 courses, 44 credits will be PERFECT for General Education Electives and FREE Electives. For those in Business BSBA, there are a few courses that will go into the Business Requirements, and for those taking the BALS no concentration, these will hit the lower level requirements for the AOS!

My degree requires a programming or PLC course, so I'm doing the programming course from OD because it should fit that requirement. I will let everyone here know what its transfer equivalency ends up being.

WGU is not listed as a NCCRS participant - they are very welcoming of ACE and other popular alternative credits, but I don't recall anyone posting that they have accepted credits from a NCCRS exclusive course.

the 1400/1900 numbers are pretty misleading, at least in the case of ACE... but that's been gone over plenty of times before (Jennifer has given a great breakdown on how ACE basically counts schools for no reason as "accepting ACE").
The question of NCCRS and WGU has come up a few times, and it hasn't really been answered. Asking their support line is useless, they're not even familiar with ACE (which they do accept).
But the Big 3, including TESU, certainly accept NCCRS. How they will trancribe these particular courses is a guessing game at this point, though some should be fairly obvious.

Amazing responses. Thank you so much guys for your input!!! I guess we'll just test run and see how it goes. For the cost, it can't really hurt or be beat!
