Hello,
I requested to get the Study.com affiliation on my account last year and just noticed that the Cornerstone course still shows up on my Student Evaluation.
I am planning to send an email to TESU but would appreciate any other suggestions.

If you received the Study.com affiliation after the evaluation was done, you will have to email them. They will remove the Cornerstone and update it without trouble.

i had to ask them about 4 times but they will eventually do it
