I apologize if this has been posted. I did a quick search and didn't see it.
I received confirmation that study.com's Communications 120 Presentation Skills in the Workplace comes in as TESU COM-290. Additionally it satisfies a General Education Elective requirement. This is where I need it.
Why is this important?
27 Quiz Class with no writing assignments. With some course overlap, I have 17 of of the 27 already completed.
Here is exactly what I received back from TESU:
Thank you for the email. Yes Study.com's COM120 Presentation Skills in the Workplace, will transfer in as COM-290 and satisfy your General Education electives.
I hope you found this helpful.

By general education, you mean the oral communication requirement? That's what I need. I finished the course last week. It was fairly easy and didn't even really have to try to pass it. I got a 100% on all the quizzes and a 57/70 on the final exam without studying.

I am talking about section F of the General Education requirements. It is labeled F. General Education Electives. For my course of study (BSBA Finance) I need a total of 19 credits. I completed several other courses for most of this and was looking for a quick and easy course to finish the last three credits.
For me, I used study.com's Communications 101 for the Oral Communication Requirement. This course wasn't difficult but it does have 89 quizzes, a final and three assignments.
I am unsure if Communications 120 satisfies the Oral Communication requirement in Section A. Intellectual Skills - Oral Communication.

We seem to be getting inconsistent feedback on that. We have a half dozen or so people who've taken the course in the last few months and mentioned that it was applied as fulfilling Oral Comm in their assessments, but we've also had a few others who recently inquired with advising and were told it would not. So it appears to be a bit of a crapshoot.

Hmmm, I don't like chance. I completed the course though. I'll let you guys know what happens to me when it transfers in.

Keep in mind, if it doesn't slot in oral comm by default you should be sure to ask for it to be moved there. One of the other forum posters had it drop into GenEd electives by default but asked for it to be moved and TESU did so without issue.

TESU provided feedback for me!
"Thank you for the email. I can approve Study.com's "Presentation Skills in the Workplace" to transfer into TESU as COM-290 and satisfy your Oral Communication requirement. Once you complete the course, please be sure to have the official transcript sent to TESU. Thank you."
I am good to go. TESU is pretty flexible. I just hope I can finish this soon. I plan to take the capstone this summer.

It surprise and made me nervous that this course doesn't show up in ACE! I would like it to be added to my ACE transcript but I cannot find it using the search the ACE website. Weird.
I just completed the exam with a 90% and I am hoping to have it apply to the Oral Communications requirement.

That's why I didn't take the proctored final. If it was ACE certified, I would have taken the final. I prefer ACE over NCCRS.
