Regarding proctoring, what I loved about study.com was the ability to test at any time, without having to schedule it ahead of time. I too have a little one at home. I've had him interrupt a test and climb up in my lap and it was ok. They mainly want to know you aren't cheating, so it's unlikely a crying baby or toddler is going to be seen as cheating. If anything its a distraction for you. But it looks like you have already gotten past at least one study.com class and know the format.

I did personal finance, but i have worked in banking the last 6 years... so needless to say it wasn't challenging. The real challenge i am having is deciding which courses i can take to fulfill my upper level requirements. i would LOOOOOVE it if someone would chime in with the specific courses that will work with a No-Concentration BALS. my main confusion is if i can do business courses with a no-concentration BALS or it has to be humanities and etc

I wish I could help but all the psychology courses I took a year ago were downgraded. I'm pretty sure the Vietnam course is still UL. Org Behavior is a business course that comes in as a psych course. I think it's still UL. You can ask TESU just to be sure. My other UL were transferred in or were from Shmoop.

I am tempted to try them again though... I just passed the business ethics DSST. Is that an UL?

Can anyone confirm if the Money and Banking DSST is an UL AOS for the BALS with no concentration?

BTW, just to clarify, in case anyone sees my signature and thinks I used Shmoop for UL on a social sciences concentration...
Shmoop courses don't come in as a social science UL. I originally started off thinking I would do a generic BALS, no concentration so I took a lot of UL Shmoop Lit courses. They came in UL but when I switched over to the social science concentration I substituted the Study.com Psy courses, the Org Behavior course, and a Vietnam course which I transferred in from another college. I just wanted to clarify in case someone read this in the future. Even though I do not like Shmoop, it is a fast, cheap way to get the BALS UL Humanities concentration or the general, no concentration degrees.
