I'm not sure "Mass Prophylaxis Awareness for Public Health Emergencies" and "Bioterrorism: Mass Prophylaxis Preparedness & Planning" are the same course. The former is listed as 3 hours and the one on ACE says 16 hours. Also, it says nothing about ACE credit for that course on the TEEX site (just 0.3 CEUs). It might work...then again it might not.

I see what you're saying with the naming difference. Well, I will try and see what happens. All they can tell me is no.
BTW, I looked through the ACE Guide vs. the courses at TEEX and the only other ones were the Cyber.

Edit: I just found the actual course on TEEX website. They have renamed it to "Medical Countermeasures: Point Of Dispensing (POD), Planning And Response" but the executive summary document still has the title as "Mass Prophylaxis Preparedness & Planning" (see attached). Oh well, I'll still wait for Excelsior's response.
I guess I'm not allowed to post attachments.

Well, Excelsior said no. My academic advisor rejected the TEEX course. I also asked about the DSST Substance Abuse test. That was also denied as she said it is an Applied Professional course and not Sociology.
I'm back to square 1...1 being the number of UL credits I'm still lacking...

It's a lot easier to just find an UL course that you would enjoy taking, and take it - rather than spending the time trying to find a 1-unit course.
Study.com has lots of them available.
