Feeling a Bit Lost Creating a Degree Plan for a BS in Data Science & Analytics @ TESU
#1
Hello all,

First, I'd like to thank you all for you participation in this community, and the wonderful resources you've put together.

So, I've been in physical labor/retail all my life, and y body just isn't going to continue to tolerate that. To remedy the situation, I've decided to go for a job that's always interested me.

I've done a lot of reading, but the 'electives' portion of the degree requirement is throwing me for a loop, and I'm starting to doubt that any of my plan makes sense.

If any of you would be willing to take a look at and comment on my plan, I'd be incredibly grateful.

Thanks in advance:

By 'electives' portion, are you referring to the electives in your Area of Study Electives or your General Electives?

The Area of Study Electives are just a selection from the list on the page that lists the course requirements.

But, then there's a requirement for 26 credits in electives at the very end that I'm not sure about, and am having trouble finding details on.

Yes you certainly can.
#7
Yes, you could.

If you haven't already, save some money by taking the free courses available. They'll work for free electives too. I think we're at 11 free credits now:

PE as in Physical Education?

Where would I do that online?

You can't that I know about, but if you wanted to take racquetball at the local CC for fitness or fun, it would transfer.
