I'm considering a 2nd Bachelors. If I graduated in December, how long will TESU retain my transcripts before I have to resubmit them for evaluation towards the new program? Is it a year?

Don't quote me on this, but I think once your credits are sent to them, it'll stay with them like in a "credit banking" for at least a year. Which second degree are you planning to go for? Have you thought about going for a Masters instead? I would recommend the second Bachelors if it's in a different field other the Business, Leadership, Management - for those I recommend going for the MBA or MSML or MPA, or another Masters. You just need 24 credits for the new degree, hopefully, shouldn't take you longer than 1 year.

People order old transcripts even years after the fact. Once courses have transferred, they should stay in your TESU transcript "forever." The only reason i can think of for why you would need to resend one to them would be if you wanted them to reconsider an equivalency they previously gave you.

bjcheung77,
Thanks. You remember the "credit banking" the same way that I do. I can't remember if I read that on this site or on the TESU site. I'll dig around later to see if i can find it. The others reading this, we are not referring to the actual credit banking service, but something they do that is similar.
For a number of reasons, a masters is on hold for a while. Time, money, competing priorities, etc. The same factors would also keep me from completing a second Bachelors in a year. I do have enough time to fit in two CJ and two Psych courses from Study.com to see if my curiosity in the two subject translates into enough interest to warrant a second Bachelors in one or both.

I have 7 transcripts I would need to request. If I can avoid the hassle by applying in November '18 instead of February '19, it is worth it.
TESU purges the working copies of the transfer transcripts a year after enrollment lapses. Not sure how that is effected if the credits are on the TESU transcript because someone completed a degree.

I was curious about this also.....taking a few career-type courses that don't fit into my degree (after the degree is completed), but would still show up if an employer needed to see my transcript.
We are all on the same side here, trying to better our lives....so let's get along and help each other out.
Learn a trade. Gain technical skills. Make money, then use this money to get a degree...if you have the desire.

icampy - I have thought about that and considered using the ACE transcript for that purpose.
With what i'm seeing about the study.com affiliate agreement with TESU changing in June, I probably will not wait very long.

Transcript Update Request
Once a year I send Excelsior College a "transcript update request." I send them as many new or updated ACE/CC/colleges etc., transcripts with new credits (posted after degree conferral). They do charge $25 for the service.

I believe you can contact advising to add a degree plan and then take a TECEP before December to stay enrolled for another year.
