Easiest Bachelor Degrees with current college/CLEP/AP credit?

Dfrecore, Great job (as always).

Wittiest, You may alternatively take Linear Algebra at TESU (or another 4-year school) in which case it will complete the 18 UL AOS credits and the remaining CS course may then be lower level, which can be done online.

So I will be able to take Linear Algebra online with TESU in that situation right? Seems like a good idea to give me more options for the other courses, thanks for the tip!

Sure. You could also take the unspecified UL CS course online at TESU. But this way you can substitute a low-cost alternative. Unfortunately, the only low-cost Lin Alg or Discrete Math choices I know are at local CCs which aren't cheap everywhere and aren't online. Also, if you take Lin Alg at CC, it will be considered LL, and you'll still need that UL CS course.

By the way, TESU is about $1500 a course. You can probably take it online for around $750-$850 elsewhere.

You would think that wouldn't you. However, UL CS and Math courses are hard to find online. I'm not saying there isn't one out there somewhere, but I haven't found them or I would have added them to my spreadsheet.

Oh, if you don't have any, then wow, it's hard to find!

I think I saw Calc III at an online community college, but would TESU knock it down to LL?

Davewill is right, there are not many that will offer LA for UL credit. Linear algebra traditionally is a lower level (sophomore) class, whether at CC or a 4-yr. If TESU is offering it UL, that's the way to go. Otherwise, you could do one of the differential equations classes (see this thread) from EdX (any of the 3 offered via BU @ EdX) for 3 UL credits from TESU...for $49. Differential equations is also traditionally a 2nd yr class, so EdX is cheap *and* UL.

For other UL math, try AMU/APU @ $270/cr for some ideas. Or if you want particular classes, feel free to list them.

UL CS credits are hard to find affordably, so if you can go UL LA or DE, and LL CS, that's definitely easier.

ETA - SNHU offers both LA and DE as 300-level online courses, at $320/cr, which is cheaper than TESU. Just confirm that they'll transfer in as UL to TESU.

Yes. Besides, the UL credits have to be in the AOS to do any good at TESU.

It wasn't mentioned, but Virtual College - Fort Hays State University is another choice for a BSCS. The price is decent at $207 per credit, but they require 30 resident credits, and limit CLEP/DSST and ACE to 30 credits. So it will end up more expensive and take longer.

If that gets confirmed to transfer in a UL, it would be a good choice. They list it as "Applied Linear Algebra", but the course descriptions line up fairly well.

I just noticed TrailRunr's sig lists APU Linear Algebra used for BACS, so it should be good to go.

An option a little cheaper than AMU/APU for LA/DE is LSU's distance ed 3-credit Linear Algebra ($728) or 4-credit Elementary Differential Equations & Linear Algebra ($973). Those are total tuition/fee prices. APU & LSU only offer them as lower level, for folks looking at mathematics degrees.

Calc III (multivariate) is also a 2nd-yr class, typically. The lower level math sequence (first 2 years) extends through analytic geometry, intro stats, calc 1, calc 2, multivariate calc, discrete math, linear algebra, differential equations.
