I did not know that it expired. Anyone have any more information on that?

What do you mean expired? It expires sometime in 2018.

It hasn't expired, the Study.com partnership ends in middle of 2018. Most people who signed up for it are fine.
The reason why Notgodot had an issue with the Study.com partnership pricing is when it should be applied.
There are going to be a handful of people that will have issues. Those who applied/enrolled at TESU before September 2016.
Sadly, I am one of them!! Grr... Apparently if you haven't applied or enrolled before September 2016, that partnership pricing works!
There's nothing to worry about for those who didn't get the partnership pricing (I hope). Just let your enrollment elapse.
Repay the $75 application fee and sign up for it again... it'll save you $425 (I know it hurts to lose out on the $75).
Someone should try this... who's is expiring this month or next? Mine expires end of June... Grrrr!
Update: I think that won't work if you want to be "locked" into your current catalog requirements. *double sigh*

"The only issue is that at some point in 2018, the residency waiver fee reduction expires. Not sure of the date, but you probably want to try to graduate before then."

Sorry, made a mistake.

I just enrolled at TESU; I have a Study.com paid account...how do I make sure that I get the reduced residency fee and the cornerstone waived? I'm brand new at all of this.

If you did not select it during the initial TESU application, then you have to contact them by phone or email to get it added.

I just checked and I saw that the cornerstone was waived so it looks like it did go through. And I did select it during the initial application. When will I be able to know what my residency waiver fee is? Do I find that out when I apply for graduation or is there a place in the MyStudent portal that I can look?
