So Annoyed with TESU

I've been asking for MONTHS to have my account updated to reflect that I am taking courses with Study.com.

After several weeks I finally received a notice that my account would be updated. Two weeks later I advised that the changes had still not been made.

I was then told that my account had been updated but that my academic profile would not reflect it - essentially to just "trust that it was changed"

Checking with our Learner Support Center, it will not show in your records, it only shows on our side. When you register for classes, your records will show study.com.

At this point I stopped responding and said when its time to pay the residency waiver I'd show the email chain....Weeks lapsed.

So today, I get the following:

I'm completely annoyed by TESUs processes

What's the proper steps to requesting that for individuals who are taking courses at Study.com?

If that doesn't work contact study.com

I contacted Tom Phillips and he took care of it within 48 hours. I never had an issue and he was super friendly. He even helped me with other unrelated concerns.

Ahhhhhhh.

I have a 9 yr old and 7 yr old, so I just assumed asking 20 times for something to be done was the STARTING point.

I laugh, but I haven't even begun the process of having TESU switch me over

I wonder what's going on. I sent a ticket when the news broke about the discounts and the next morning it was updated in my account with an email confirmation. Must just be an unlucky break with the person who was assigned to your ticket. Glad it finally seems to be fixed!

Same here...asked for it and it was added the same day. The evaluation they released the next day showed it too in that it took off the cornerstone course and said "waived". That is really strange that its so hard all of a sudden. Maybe its because its so close to graduation and they are bogged down? I have no idea. I had heard such horror stories about TESU and expected to have lots of troubles. So far, everyone I've talked to or emailed there has been amazing to work with. Aside from the stupid 25 day wait between evaluations I've been more than happy with TESU. Maybe study.com needs to contact them and provide some "encouragement" since they are partners on this. I'm sure study.com won't be happy to hear how hard it is for students to ask for this since its a big incentive in choosing them as a course provider.

Mine was within 24 hours of asking also. For some reason TESU seems to be much busier then usual but I haven't had any issues really. Advising changed my plan twice in one week and they did it within an hour of the request. I e-mail admissions to have them update my eval a month or so ago and they did it within 48 hours of the e-mail.
