Two times in 6 months...that's a shame. Their cost value was one of the best parts in using them. They are still a decent value for specific courses but just not as strong as they were just a blink ago.

I'm happy that they've finally made it easy to find and register for all of their ACE-approved courses. If they want to make more money off of them, they should renew the approval of harder to find courses and market them. Slowly, they're becoming like the course companies that mainly concentrating on general education and business courses.

I've had them on my spreadsheet at that price for a while now. I don't think it's new (maybe a few months).

It's still the second price increase. Last year, the cost went up to $299.

I recently signed up my younger son for their high school program, which includes 5 college courses (from a limited selection). It was $949 for the entire program - Which now seems ridiculously cheap.
Here Researching for my son, who has done the following:
Community College: Intro to Philosophy, Fundamentals of IT, English Comp 1
Saylor: Intro to Business, Principles of Marketing, Corporate Communication
Shmoop: US History 2 (WGU won't accept this)
ALEKS: Int. Algebra, College Algebra
Study.com: Personal Finance, Principles of Finance, HR Management, Global Business, Advanced Operations Management
Straighterline: US History 2, Environmental Science, US History, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, English Comp 2, Principles of Management, Business Law, Business Ethics, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Accounting 1,Communication, Managerial Accounting, Statistics
Ed4Credit: Managing Information Systems
Sophia: Project Management
WGU: Bachelors in HR Management
Second son is currently attending Penn Foster for his high school diploma, then on to Ashworth for An Associates in Criminal Justice

So Penn Foster but you never were and never will be an option for me, I went and spent 603$ at Oakton to get my Intermediate Accounting II course completed. I am so glad I did. It was twice the price but I can transfer this course just about anywhere in the country and will be tied to a letter grade. I am all for ACE credit but when it is cost efficient.
Thomas Edison State University - BSBA: Accounting - September 2017

Yes - not sure why, since their normal program seems to be going down in price. You'd think they'd want to get their prices down to match what some of these other providers are charging.

I don't really need it - just doing for fun). I am done with 90% of my work. Let me know if you need any help.
