Thanks!

I'm afraid the application and payment deadline is pretty fixed.
Of course if there was only one thing in the world I was willing to borrow money for, this would be it.

Edit: I could have sworn that I read something somewhere saying that as long as TESU is aware of it, that they will wait for classes at they know are coming.

When will courses on your community college transcript be complete? Worse case scenario, you apply and when they do the audit you are short on credits and they let you know. If they get the transcript within whatever timeframe they designate (I've heard it's 30 days) then they re-audit. If they don't get it, you get pushed back to the next graduating class.

First, make sure your community college courses are preapproved so they know a transcript is forthcoming. At most schools, you can put in a transcript request early and tell them to hold until final grades are released for Spring term or whatever it is. For September graduation, your community college term probably needs to be complete by end of July. Then maybe 2 weeks to post grades to the transcript (it's not sufficient just to see the grades online) and then another week or two to mail the transcript. That will be really pushing it. If you're late, you get pushed to December graduation and graduate anyway.

I just got this reply back from Academic Advising:
Quote:
Dear XXXXXXXX,
We have solved your issue
XXXXXXX,
You should still apply for graduation by the July 1 deadline. On the application, you can indicate that there are pending transcripts and the Registrar's office will make a determination regarding when your degree can be conferred. After applying, you should follow up with their office directly at
609-984-1180.
Should you have additional questions, please create a new ticket by sending an email to academicadvising@tesu.edu with your degree program in the subject line. Thank you.

Thank you. I will email them now. Check out the reply I got from Academic Advising. I think they're hinting at the same thing.
