I noticed today that my NFA courses are showing denied on the ACE website. Anyone else seen this? Thanks!

Somebody else recently said they had some trouble getting it approved. They were going to resubmit but I don't think we heard back.
I would call them and try to plead your case. You did take it at the "requested location," because their ACE description says the location is the internet:

Also, why would a "self study" course be required to happen in a particular building?

I just submitted mine in January so if they suddenly aren't giving credit it's a new change. I would try re-submitting. Maybe there is more than one option on the ace website. I remember I had a hard time finding it and there were several courses with a similar name.

Email the NFA folks in Maryland and attached the ACE pdf print out description. Then resubmit to ACE. I bet a clerk made a mistake. I have had a similar issue before.

Since we never got an answer on this, I decided to find out for myself.
I knocked out Fire Service Supervision: Self Study, and it was approved with out issue a few days ago (though it took them over a week to approve).

When you have an error just resubmit. Emailing a clerk that was hired on Wednesday isn't going to bring you a bunch of satisfaction. I have had 2 ACE course rejected and accepted on re-submission. One now shows up twice on my transcript.
