Hello All,
First let me apologize, this question has probably been asked a million times by now. It appears I will need 1 more general education 3 credit course. I'm leaning towards taking a CLEP exam or a TECEP. This question is geared specifically to TECEPs. Even though CLEPs come out to a few bucks cheaper I get reimbursed for either so that is not a factor. I have these few questions.
1. Which TECEPs will count as General Education? I'm thinking anything in the Humanities or Social Science categories?
2. Which of the General Education TECEPs are "CONSIDERED" the easiest? You can see what I have taken in my signature if you want to give a more directed answer on this one.
3. Does Science courses drop into General Education? I am asking because I plan to take the Biology CLEP which is 6 credits. I could probably take this TECEP in a week and pass with no problem "Network Technology (CMP-354-TE)" which I believe would go into a Natural World slot? Hopefully that would make three of the Bio Credits go into General Ed?
My other option right now is Intro to Educational Psych CLEP exam. I have already taken Psychology and Human Growth and Development CLEPs.

Science is Gen Ed, so that will work.
Network Tech will not count as a Gen Ed.
Educational Psych CLEP will count as a Gen Ed.

So would the Network Tech fall into Natural World slot along with 3 credits worth of the Biology CLEP, then the remaining 3 Bio Credits drop into Gen Ed?

I don't think Network Tech will fit into Natural World (unless TESU left it off their list in error in the link I posted above), but Computer Concepts and Applications (CIS-107-TE) definitely will fit into Natural World.
If Net Tech fit in the Natural World, then it would have also counted as a gen ed elective. And I trust dfrecore saying it's not gen ed.

Thank you, I just looked this one over and it may be the easiest/quickest route. A little brushing up and I should be ready I got the first 9/10 right on the practice questions.
