A BA/BS from TESU is a real degree with actual work that's accepted by HR. It's not pay $2k and get your degree. I think TESU degrees are ideal for those who are already in the field with the knowledge and skills necessary to get the next higher job.
On the other hand, I'm reluctant to recommend TESU to someone who is just starting out or some career changers. You'll get past HR, but I feel you may not get the job in the end.
