This forum is an absolute wealth of knowledge and many times you don't even need to ask a question because it has already been answered a ton of times.
I applied for October graduation and still needed to finish a few SL courses in addition to the 2 TESU courses I was enrolled in. I knew from Bricabrac's posts to just apply and make a note of the credits I had transferring and email the grad specialist when they were received. I completed my courses 10/19 and TESU received the ACE transcript on 10/20. On 10/24 I emailed the grad specialist asking for an expedited evaluation and 2 hours later received an email letting me know it was had been completed. My 43 credits were added and my program was complete! Talk about a quick turn around!
So, with that, I am done! I have been lurkering around this forum off and on since 2012 and have watched many things change, but life was always happening and it was never a good time to get started. Last year, all the chips were in place and I finally got started, completing my very first credit 9/23/15. Just over a year later, I've gone from 0 to 122 (didn't transfer Ethics and the CPCU before it starting duping Business ethics :mad and have completed my BA.SS.
I plan to take a few months off before working on my graduate degree. Thanks to everyone who make this forum the awesome place that it is!

Wait, so am I understanding that I can apply for graduation when the time comes BEFORE finishing all my credits? With the Study.com schedule I am on, I will finish around the 5th of July, 2017. I can't finish earlier because of my subscription. So if I have everything else done except for my last two courses I can apply for graduation before the July 1st cutoff and then just send the two remaining transcripts when I have them while they are going over my application? I was pretty bummed to realize that I would need to wait until December 2017 after finishing in early July.

Exactly. After you apply they will send an email with a “Request for Supplemental Information," and there is an area where you can indicate any transcripts/courses you are waiting for. Just try and get your study.com transcripts over no later than the the 3rd week of July and you should be good for a September graduation. Once they are in just email your graduation specialist and ask that your evaluation be expedited.

Thanks! Congrats to you as well! I'm sure you will probably hear something soon. I don't think I would have heard from them aside from needing my credits evaluated quickly.

Yes, if you think you might make it, you should apply for graduation. Once you apply and pay the fees, they will audit your credits about two months before the graduation date. If you don't have them in, they will inform you of the lack, and schedule a second audit about a month later. If you know things are going to be close, you can email the registrar and let them know what's going on. They will work with you to expedite the evaluation of those final credits. I'm sure there's an absolute deadline, but I don't know when that is. The worst case is that you don't make it, in which case they will roll you over to the next graduation period, and you're no worse off than if you had waited.
