Today I (finally) went in and took the CLEP American Literature. And passed! :hurray: I dragged my feet for the longest time but finally got motivated with the changes to the ACE credit recommendation.
Couldn't have done it without the suggestions and feedback from forum members who have taken it before so thanks Smile
Goal: BA in American Studies - COSC (103/120)
In Progress: -
Completed - Straighterline: US History 2
CLEP - American Literature

Associate of Arts - COSC (August 31st, 2014)
Classes used to complete it:
Liberty University Classes: English 101, English 102, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Introduction to Probability & Statistics
Advanced Placement: Art History
Straighterline Classes: Introduction to Sociology, Introduction to Biology (w/ Lab), Personal Finance, Business Ethics, Introduction to Religion, American Government, Cultural Anthropology, Introduction to Nutrition, Introduction to Communications, U.S. History 1

Congratulations! American Lit was a tough one for me...and also my first. So I know the pains you went through on that test.
2017...Finished Bachelor's General Management at TESU.

Congrats!

I'm still afraid of lit.
I'm jealous of those that can deal with poetry. It eludes me.

Poetry isn't my strong suit either. I had to reread the poems on the test several times each because my brain sees poetry and says, "Eh lets not bother with this. Boring!"
