Hi!
I was reading Excelsiorâs credit transfer policy and they seem pretty liberal with it. I get the impression that they have almost no limit on credit transfers from this link below that states one women transferred in 102 credits. Anyhow, my question that really can apply to all the colleges is how does that work? When they transfer your credits, how does that look on their transcript? Does it show the name of the classes I took at the CC, grades, and credits as if I took it at that college. Or is it in a separate page r put aside that might say â 65 Credits Transferred from XXX Community College.â and only list the courses I take that the other college like CCSC, TESC or Exc. I always wondered how that works. I guess the best way to put it is if I went on a job interview that required my transcripts of all my courses. Would I have to go to my CC and get an offical transcript from them for their courses, and then too say Charter Oak or Excelsior for a transcript for the courses I took there or would I only need only the one from the university because the community college credits transferred and just copied itself onto the university transcript. If someone went to five differnet community colleges, transferred all five colleges into CCSC would they have to get transcripts from all six colleges later on or just now the one from CCSC if required to show proof of degree.
I only went to one community college as its ten minutes from me, and we have three in our county that are in a âunified community college districtâ ran by the county so even if you go to any of the three theyâre all on one transcript as one. So, I never dealt with transfers on transcripts before.
