TESC question
#1
Hey everyone,
This forum is amazing!! You guys totally ROCK!!
I have a question about enrolling at TESC. I'm pursuing the BSBA degree in General Management and was wondering if you have to be enrolled when you graduate. I read on the TESC website that: "You must be actively enrolled with the College at the time you apply for graduation and at the time your degree requirements have been completed. If your enrollment status is inactive, you will not be certified for graduation." I thought that you could complete this degree and graduate without ever enrolling.
So, do you have to enroll and take at least one course in order to graduate?

Being enrolled at TESC means being active under one of the tuition plans: Comprehensive Tuition Plan, Enrolled Options Plan, or Per Credit Tuition Plan. The Comprehensive Tuition Plan is for those taking 24 or more credits per year and charges a flat rate of about $8,300 for up to 36 credits per year. You are considered enrolled for a year from when you designate your tuition plan and pay or set up financial aid. The Enrolled Options Plan is for those taking less than 24 credits per year. You don't have to take any courses to be considered enrolled under this plan. You are enrolled when you pay the $3,062 enrollment fee for non-residents, and it's good for one year. The Per Credit Tuition Plan has a residency requirement of 12 credits for associates degrees and 24 credits for bachelors degrees. The residency requirement can be fulfilled with online/guided study courses, ePacks, TECEPs, and/or PLAs. There is no enrollment fee. You are considered enrolled for one year from the date you enroll in a course or sign up for a TECEP. All you need to do is take at least one course/test per rolling 12 months to stay enrolled.
