I think you can use up to 18 graduate credits *that have not been previously applied to a degree* at TESC as upper-level credit.
BA, MA, EdS, MMT, etc.
83 hours of ACE-worthy credits

bogey72, who posted here in the past, earned a Doctor of Chiropractic without having earned a bachelor's degree, then later went to TESC to earn a BA in Natural Sciences/Mathematics for a career change to high-school science teaching. It looks like TESC DID accept credits from that professional doctorate towards bogey's bachelor's. See for instance this post. This may be a special case for any number of reasons (well, especially because bogey didn't have a prior bachelor's degree).

TESC transcribed all of my graduate credits as XXX-499 with a warning that I might not be able to use them for a future graduate degree if I used them at TESC. It wouldn't have mattered to me since I already used them for a graduate certificate and masters degree.
