Please pray for Boston
#1
I've never posted a prayer request or the like online, but please keep Boston in your prayers tonight. I am Bostonian born and raised and we currently live about 15 minutes from the city limits. We are shaken right now. Our family and almost everyone we know had a friend or loved one running. Luckily our friends and family were far enough away to be safe, but our prayers are with those who were not so lucky.

The President (regardless of what your thoughts about him may be) was right - this is a tough and resilient town and so are it's people. We WILL pull together, we WILL overcome. But like I said...we are shaken. It is terrifying to have this hit so close to home both literally/physically and emotionally. Please consider donating blood and other resources to your local Red Cross and other legitimate disaster relief groups. We thought it could never happen here, and we are so grateful to everyone who is standing with us right now. The atmosphere everywhere today was somber - people were visibly worried and strangers were checking in on each other, asking if each other's friends and family were okay.

Please pray for Boston.

Blessings,
