TESC LDAS degree plan

I have concocted the following degree plan based on what I already have, and what I consider to be the fastest route to graduation through TESC with their LDAS leaving me with only 9 CBE's to take. Assuming my LDAS proposal is accepted, does this seem like a viable degree plan?

Have you considered the BSBA LDAS? It doesn't require the liberal arts capstone. I tried to propose a security management concentration for a business degree awhile back, but it wasn't accepted. Hopefully, you have better luck.

I've considered the BSBA LDAS, but I think the BA LDAS would be better considering that I could use all of my upper level business credits in the area of study and wouldn't have to sacrifice any of them in the General Education area.

What do you mean? Most business courses can't go into the general education area. You could put your business courses in the business core or LDAS area of study.

There's 5 sh in EDM, all lower level, and everything else is standard business credit. If a candidate had no more in psychology than two standard LL courses, plus a stack of business courses, and applied on this basis for an area of study in Psychology from a Business and Management Perspective, do you think this would be accepted?

How much nexus is there between Principles of Sales and Principles of Marketing and EDM? There's crisis communication, but you already have at least two other courses that speak to that part of the picture more closely.

I respect what you're trying to do but I'd be very surprised if this approach to it worked. Also, following sanantone, something like this would be a better fit with a BSBA LDAS. If you were connecting a liberal art to business/management, that would be a likelier fit for a BA LDAS.

This plan tries to push applied professional credit – LL credits in EDM many people use at TESC toward AASes, and other credits otherwise found in a BSBA – into the school's flagship liberal arts BA. I admire the divergent thinking this shows! But.

MAN-311 Organizational Behavior under Humanities seems unlikely, unless this was transfer credit from a very interdisciplinary course like "Organizational Leadership in Great Literature." Under Social Sciences, maybe.

I think your shortest path to graduation is probably through a BA in Liberal Studies.

Actually, MAN-311 was placed in the humanities section during the academic evaluation. For every course I've already completed I left on the form as it was granted to me from the institution already.

You are correct...I misspoke...I meant to say business core...

After looking at it again, it actually doesn't seem like a horrible option, but I'm having a hard time figuring out exactly what business core classes are required...could you provide me some direction with this?

The Business Core is subject category II A here: 9 x 3 = 27 sh between nine core business subjects.
