The mixup came about because they did not enroll me into both programs at the start as I requested, which kicked me off. They just recently added on the AA and I still have a class left to go on that one. But they still tell me I am disqualified.
I am giving them the same argument that you have brought up, but they seem disinterested in resolving the situation.
Oops, I just read this. That explains the issue. You can't use FA to earn anything after a BA is awarded, so somewhere TESC must already have said that you earned your BA.

At least one local State College follows a rule that once you reach 1.2 times the required number of credits they cut off F/A for Associate level degrees. This is the rule that led me to COSC and this forum in fact. The problem may be hat you have twice the number of credits required for the AA.
I still don't see the fuss though...you have a BA and that trumps the AA...no one will care about the AA, I see no point to it.
