I have a BA in Computer Science from TESC. I want to finish a 2nd degree before my annual enrollment fee is up. I can still login to WebAdvisor but I can't bring up evaluations anymore. It says I have none. I sent an email to the advisers at TESC asking for a new academic evaluation. They said they mailed it to me via USPS and that I will have to reapply to TESC for a 2nd degree. Please tell me I don't have to pay the annual enrollment fee again.

Well I spoke with TESC and once you graduate you lose any remaining enrollment fee. I paid my annual enrollment fee in March of this year so it ended Sept. 7th when I graduated. I don't know if that's new policy but it's different then I was told by TESC four months ago. If I had known the truth four months ago I might have delayed graduation until I completed. Dang what a bummer!

That's disappointing. Are you still going to go for a second bachelors?

Contact them again to confirm. That's not what I was told when I inquired about completing another degree back in the spring. I was told my enrollment was good for the full year, but that I needed to reapply for the new degree program. Unless they can show you a written policy that was in place when you paid your enrollment fee, I don't think they can legally say it's no good after you graduate. Of course, I'm not a lawyer, but I would check into that. You paid the annual enrollment fee with the intention of it being good for a whole year. Did you talk to bursar?

I wonder if it's the same thing for an Associates and Bachelor's. Boy would that be frustrating though. If you file for graduation for the associates (while working for a Bachelor's) and then have to pay the enrollment fee all over again to finish your Bachelor's.
The enrollment fee is supposed to cover a years worth. I sure hope they're mistaken on this. Otherwise, the only option is when one files for graduation file for multiple things. You're already paying a $280 fee to request for graduation.

After completing my bachelor's last year, I had paid tuition time remaining. This year, I decided to pursue one of TESC's certificates. Once I reapplied and was accepted back into the college, the "left over" paid tuition time was automatically applied to my account.
On a related note, TESC graduates don't need to pay an application fee when they re-apply at the college.
Hope this helps!

If TESC graduates don't need to pay another app fee then I will reapply and see what happens. I plan to call them Monday again and double check. This is the enrollment fee not tuition. My annual enrollment fee was good from March 2012 to March 2013. I got my AAS in June 2012 and BA in Sept 2012.
If I have to pay another annual enrollment fee then I won't be getting my 2nd BA. It's worth it to me for $500 but not $3500

I thought I would follow up. I did reapply to TESC and it did not cost anything to reapply. I called the bursar office and spoke with someone there. My annual enrollment fee is still good provided I am enrolled in undergraduate classes.
Good news!!
