Nope. My Intro to Children's Lit course last semester had a mid-term & final & both had to be taken with ProctorU & I never gave them any money.

At the start of the TESC semester I scheduled my exams on ProctorU. A week before the midterm I needed to move the exam date up a day. There was a fee I had to pay to ProctorU to change the day/time.
