TESC states in its advising handbook that Homeland Security courses may apply towards SS credits. Has anyone had the FEMA credits applied this way?

FEMA credits are only good for free electives unless you are getting the AAS focused on FEMAs. They probably mean their (or another school's) HLS-XXX courses.
