Ec transfers my florida cms certification as such:

You should probably just ask them directly. Which cert is it? Or is it all of them under Highway Patrol?

Complete: TESU BA Computer Science 2011-2013 completed all BSBA CIS requirements except 4 gen eds. 2013 switched major to CS, then took a couple years off suddenly. 2015-2017 finished the CS. Also don't discount AMU/APU, they are similar to the Big 3 in terms of flexibility in accepting credits, but they may cost more and you probably can't 100% test out. But they may have a better transfer option for your credits, worth an e-mail.
